1. What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We offer FREE shipping for orders totaling MYR75.00 and above using Ninja Van & Poslaju services. The standard shipping rates are MYR10.00 for Peninsular Malaysia and MYR15.00 for East Malaysia.     
2. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Typically, it's delivered within 1 - 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7 - 10 working days for East Malaysia. Please keep these timeframes in mind as you anticipate the arrival of your package.     
3. How do I track my order?
We will keep you informed about the delivery status as soon as your order is processed. Please make sure to check your inbox, as we will send you an email containing a tracking code to monitor the progress of your package at every step. If you are unable to locate it, kindly check your Junk Mail folder.
4. Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?
Sure thing! If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, simply reach out to our customer support via email as soon as possible. Kindly check the rates on our website upon checkout or get in touch with our international distributors here (psst, you save more on shipment through them!)
2. What are the international shipping methods?
Singapore orders are shipped using Ninja Van Courier Service for orders below MYR1300, while orders above MYR1300 are shipped using Fedex/DHL.

For other international deliveries, we use DHL, Fedex, and TNT courier services.
3. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

6. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. TUDUNGPEOPLE has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.
7. My country is not list during checkout. What should i do?
If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer support for assistance. We'll work to find a solution and ensure you can place your order or provide you with alternative shipping options if available for your location.     
Can i do reservation or manual Order?
No request for items reservation or manual orders will be entertained but you can order "in store only" item by Whatsapp the available store location.
